Introductions

For my research project Documentary in the Digital Era, I sourced interviews from individuals that ranged from practitioners to distributors, all of whom had interesting perspectives on how the documentary industry is developing. While some of my participants had been life-long filmmakers, others were new to the industry and were still becoming accustomed to how it works. All participants are female-identified. Participants include Crystal Kayiza, Nora Jacobson, Gopika Ajay, Jenny Callaghan, Andrea Soledad Arauz Torres, Kate Bustamante, and Gwendolyn Alston.
